Skills  
Ensure compliance with the Program with the processes and approvals stages. Must possess computer skills applicable to role without standard training provided by the client. Is able to meet deadlines and targets. Independent worker that addresses tasks assigned. Must be able to support projects as needed, including, but not limited to, implementation. Experience: Telco management would be ideal – will need to coordinate with Telcos/Retail Business for line upgrades/deployment Technical Experience but not SME  
Projektbeschreibung  
Liaise with Telecoms providers to support PM in the coordination of line migration/infrastructure installation activities. Report and track overall number of site installs/planned installs or rework Work with PM to coordinate any rework or failed installations Computer skills can use existing systems used by project/job with minimal oversight Project Development/Execution delivery Supports Project implementation Liaison with client and contractors Accountability for process delivery No direct reports or oversight of personnel Individual contributor Provide information on the budgeting and forecasting activities using supporting schedule information Providing support for financial processes including the overseeing of the Invoicing and Accrual processes; Ensuring accruals and actuals are correctly submitted to appropriate party on a monthly basis as directed by the client; Work with the Project Managers and the Management Team to reforecast expenditure on a monthly basis; Presenting and summarizing management information relating to the business/project including status reporting on performance contracts, financial and performance measures, project and application health Prepare and distribute Project Status Reports as directed by the client Prepare and distribute status reports as directed; Where needed, support internal and externally driven Audits in order to provide information specific to the Project; Provide day-to-day support scheduling of team meetings, weekly status reporting, etc.; Understand the Schedule Management Procedures and steps taken to maintain an updated schedule; Maintain and monitor the Project Schedules and Plans; Maintain and monitor the SharePoint tool for document usage project team uptake; Ensure compliance with the commercial/procurement processes
