Required Skills*: High attention to detail, able to synthesise and summarise information from a variety of sources, solid Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (presentation creation skills) , proactive mindset – takes initiative, confident and able to liaise with senior professionals, ability to quickly build relationships and influence, highly organized with ability to follow process, project management skills; ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, service mentality Language Abilities*: German native speaker and English fluent, strong communication skills in English (written, oral)  
Projektbeschreibung  
-Drafting candidate business case – pulling together all critical information and consolidating for recruiter review -Drafting email communications Creating summaries for interviews – pulling together all interview feedback and consolidating into a standard format summary for the business interviews Liaising with Legal or other teams on offer letter wording and/or relocation package/visa -Liaising with the Compensation Team, gathering preliminary compensation data -Identifying where information is missing, flagging this and chasing on it -Chasing Finance for WBS, cost centre or other critical information required to hire -Setting up Search Firm briefings (attending, taking notes) -Organising calls on behalf of Recruiter (e.g., confirm candidate appointments) -Pull and consolidate candidate/role status summaries -Adhoc operational reporting requests (e.g., pulling GSR data from Quickview) -Purchase order requests and agency spend/invoice tracking -Liaising with offshore team as needed -Providing research and approval support (rehire, CAL research look up, notifications, etc.) -Managing data, updating records and reports (adhoc, non-standard) -Overseeing/managing offer letter process -Coordinating recruiting initiatives -Assisting with pulling together adhoc PowerPoint decks -Welcoming candidates for interviews"
